Frost Bank

We are very disappointed for for the poor customer service that we encountered at this location . As many families my husband and I have limited time out from work .He is a sales director for one of Houston largest dealerships . We don't have the opportunity to be around the same area often .We are newly married and we were interested in opening a savings account to purchase our first one together . After many research we found many great reviews on Frost bank so we decided to give it a try . My husband went in with all the information needed including my drivers license . He went in there today and was astonish of how unhelpful Bianca was . I was not there . I work across the street and I was going to walk in during my lunch break if needed to sign any paperwork . As he told her my wife is not here but i want to get this process started "I have all her information to set up and account"she however kept asking for further paperwork and making what sounds to me excuses for not helping him . It's a shame that he drove to this side of town Because it was more convenient for me to step out on a break and get stuff done. And to be treated this way ...... very upsetting !
