I was in the phone today to get help with scam and Margaret was being patient and helpful with me trying to get it resolved she is wonderful and nice , hopefully everything gets resolved

I'd like to echo the other reviews here. Avoid Chase like the plague. We lost 10s of thousands of dollars with Chase and their team. Every time we go and try to do business with Chase, we get pushed to the side. Chase places extra effort making sure you know you are not a Premier Client.

I’ve tried calling 6 times it’s ridiculous that during the pandemic no one can pick up specially during these times as they only take appointments and regulations are different. This is how you miss on new customers

Waited for almost 10 minutes before a clerk came and just asked what is it that you need. Banks need a little more proactive service. Sad.
