Amazing costumer service!!!!!!! They didn't wanted to help me because i was one minute late after they closed. That's how to lose clients. I'm taking my money somewhere else!

all worker is spanish , they only prefer spanish customer , me and my wife was sitting more then hour , they give all kind of customer service who came after us coz they are spanish talker, get a bad sevice coz we only talk english.

Long lines and only one teller. It’s pretty unbelievable how long you have to wait. However, costumer service is great.. of course, once you’ve gotten through the tedious wait.

Usually very long lines. Today there were about 20 people in line with just one teller. If your lucky, they will have 2 tellers.

Generally really busy and long lines, but always very nice and personable. I moved to Jersey from out of state and lived here for a year but never got a nj id. Thisis the only branch that would cash my check drawn from there without giving me a hard time. Love the tellers there.
