This Chase bank has the worst customer service and really poor schedule management. I had to schedule my appointment twice only to make it to myself second appointment on time and not able to be seen. I will not give this bank my money to safe guard when they can’t even manage their calendar. Such a disservice.
Spoke to Ana Guzman about my account , once I got in she had no interest in helping resolve my account , I have emailed since September and still nothing , I gave up fixing my chase account not worth it
whenever I come to change a check they always make trouble asking so many questions terrible service from all the branches of the chase bank this is the worst. Mrs. Maria Rodriguez

The ATM ate $1,000 in cash and it took several days to get my money back. The customer service is some of the slowest I have ever experienced in my life. The tellers/bankers, for no logical reason, kept leaving their positions and disappearing for what seemed like an eternity.
This bank is so slow.. they shut down the one in food basic parking lot, and now you come here and it's endless lines with 1 teller.. shameful.
