The atm stole my large cash deposit & kept my debit card 4 days ago yet I still have not gotten my account credited for their faulty machine taking my money & card! Tried calling several times & no one answers the phones. Horrible!!! If an atm is broken put a sign on it!!! I want my money!
Slow service. Instead of pens by the deposit slips, there is garbage inside. Gross. I let managers know and a flamboyantly dressed employee gave me a nasty look. Thanks for caring.

Commercial & personal customer. We receive excellent customer service from the entire team at 1500 JFK. The tellers, financial reps & manager are all excellent. Highly recommended.
I will not be using this bank any more for many reasons.
I love this bank BEEN with td for 3 years and i love it.
I’ve visited this location a few times to make transactions because it’s close to my job. At times it can be busy but the staff Paul and a few other gentleman is very polite and professional. Makes me want to return!
