the service here is not good. not happy at all. wish they would get better employees they dont listen to your wants or needs

Its Friday, two tellers and two other employees that dont work the window. This is every day for them whether it is busy or slow. No business window, very frustrated along with the seven other people in line.

Horrible service. Blank faces on immature counter staff when asked basic questions about parts. Inventory is never correct so don't bother going in. You could try calling but you'll be put on an indefinite hold. Napa is across the street and Autozone is about a mile South and are much better choices.

Super slow and not enough staff. B of A no thank you I don't want to open an account with your understaffed really slow bank

They never have enough tellers. The wait in line is always too long. I'm moving to a credit union as soon as possible.
