The wait at this location is ridiculous and they have the worst customer service imaginable
My experience at this branch was top notch. Venice was so kind and helpful and has exceptional customer service skills. After our horrible experience with Brian at the eastern branch it was so refreshing to deal with Venice. We need more bank employees like her!
