Green Valley branch is the best. Very helpful and easy to get documents notarized. Originally went to E Tropicana branch who was totally un accommodating and manager wouldn’t even speak to me. So glad there is still a branch who cares and gives great service. Worth the extra drive
Us bank is alright. It's just a bank, except not as evil as Bank of America or Wells Fargo. My family gets some military perks, which is nice, and US bank is good about keeping up with technology like Google Pay or 2fa sign in. Can't same the same about small banks.

Always an issue with the Atm here. Either unable to withdraw cash or even more shocking... unable to deposit cash?!? 2 times this week i drove to the Atm here and it isnt accepting cash.
Do not bank here!! They closed my mother's senior citizens bank account 3 days before her SSI went in and now they are saying its going to take 5 days for them to release her money back to SSI. Worst of all the lady at the front couldn't care less!!
