Very busy bank so the wait time can be pretty long. The customers are patient though so it makes the wait much easier. Very friendly and informative staff. I did my auto loan application with Marco and he was highly informed on the process and other products that could help me do business more efficiently and with less costs. I was also able to help my friend establish a savings and become a member. This is definitely old school good customer service banking. They even make the debit cards on-site still.
Above and beyond service from Javier. He helped us process our complicated car loan. He was patient, spoke in such a calm manner the whole time. He was knowledgeable in all areas, walked us through step by step. Having to deal with trading your car in is stressful enough but since being in his care, he definitely took the load off us. Me and my fiancé are so thankful for you, thank you so much.
I like this bank butttt installing a second atm machine was a waste since the so-called new one is always down. Also, it is such a waste of time to drive to make a deposit only to find out the machine's either not working or ot taking deposits. Gas isn't cheap in case you haven't noticed. Oh and the atm's operating system is soooo slow. Why? US Bank's one is super fast. Fix these issues and I'd give you 5 stars...
Always just 2 tellers. Long line even during the work week. ATM is extremely slow. Make trip for this trip.
Two windows open on a Friday and one window closed with the clerk sitting there while the line was long. Customer service was extremely poor will avoid going there unless I have to
I have banked with Navy Federal for years starting in Washington and now in Vegas. Their call center is bar none the best but they also have wonderful staff at any of the walk-in sites. Highly recommend them.
Everytime I went there on the website it said that it had what it assigned but when I went to the store they said they didn't do it there so I would request if they update their website

The employees have always been efficient, friendly, and, patient. This branch follows the covid-19 guidelines with the line starting outside. Based on your type of transaction, you are directed to the teller or employee that can best assist you, bwhich is very helpful, especially when having a new debit card made. Incredible how that can be done in under 60 seconds! As long as you are in line before they close, they will let you in to complete your banking. If you qualify to bank here, you should! The benefits of being a Navy Federal Credit Union member are awesome!
I wouldn’t recommend. I specifically asked on the phone and in person before I joined if I had to pay off my other bank I was in a small collections with first and they said no or else I would of paid it first and then opened an account, and once I opened a checking and a savings, 2 days later they froze my account. So now I’m going in circles dealing with this. Now that I paid off my other collection with BOA, early warning systems said that they do that to get customers. I don’t need to affiliate with a dishonest bank. Period. It’s unprofessional. So from experience, if you owe any other banks, don’t waste your time opening one until you pay it off. I just paid mine off with no problem and now I have to wait around 45 days for them to clear it and it’s not even a guarantee. Will be closing my account and looking elsewhere due to dishonesty.
