Manager wont return calls, atm jived me out 500$ cash had wait 10 days for them to do an audit on the atm to credit me back late fees late fees late fees understaffed long waits i use too like this bank 0 stars.
Ive never had any issues with BOW EXCEPT ONE- THEY CLOSED THE DOWNTOWN BRANCH WITHOUT ANY NOTICE BACK IN THE SUMMER.
Unfortunately I went in to open an account and no one helped me for 20 minutes. I use to love my bank back home but maybe it's just a branch thing

These people seem to hate their job more than I hate banking with BOTW, always rude with a long face & they close earlier than supposed to on Saturdays
Go inside about every week, they are understaffed, so sometimes it takes a little longer. Nice people who work hard.
Horrible.. they lie about promotions never recieved it. Takes forever in drive thru. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Pretty sad they lie about promotions to draw people in and then nothing happens.. smfh1
