Chase, what is the point of having a branch that can't do basic transactions? If I'm hauling myself to a physical branch it's because I want to perform a transaction that I can't do online, not because I want to do something online in new surroundings instead of the comfort of my own home. Very strange.
Friendly bankers, open on Saturdays.
The worst Chase branch I’ve ever been to. It’s “digital only” so there no teller and they can’t really help you out with anything. Tried to use my chase card/Apple Pay on the debit machine and it didn’t work. Therefore, it was a total waste of time and I got nothing done. Had to drive to a different branch.
Great experience with this branch. No wait, and Sam is the man! Thanks for being knowledgable, efficient, and friendly Sam! You made what would have been an annoying visit to the bank super productive and actually pretty fun.
I would give 0 if I could. This chase is a glorified ATM even when the building is open. There is no teller to handle transactions. Advertising this location as a bank is a stretch
No tellers and atm machine didn't read my cash deposit accurately.
No tellers at this location. I’m a millennial and I want to be able to deposit a check and get help with my account if necessary. Tried to depot a large check with Chase but I guess I’ll bring it elsewhere since they couldn't take it without my debit card being present.
BS. I have no physical card yet, so I can’t get in to do business?!
