Bank of the West

After being a long time customer I had my first unpleasant experience with them, and I felt I was treated very poorly. Shopping for a better experience and someone hungrier for my business who knows how to treat me better.

Other Bank of the Wests are typically good .... this Wadsworth-Lakewood-CO Branch is very impatient and uncooperative. The lady branch manager is a very unhappy individual and takes out her frustrations on the customers .... this Rubs off on her staff that similarly treats the customers bad.

The Branch manager is uncooperative and simply angry ... I avoid this branch.

Michaela is a genuine nice person and a awesome branch manager with the knowledge and experience to make banking an easy and streamlined process.

Love this location quick, fast, easy. Everyone is very helpful. Not once have i ever had an issue with them. great customer service thank you guys!

Do not bank here... I had a account opened and they charged me for checks with out knowing. They had $79.01 in bank fees for this with no notifications so they closed the account bad business. Very very rude customer service.

I switched banks because they were closer and they finally partnered with Zelle, worst Mistake ever they care more about the fees they can hit you with instead of your relationship with them and when you go in to talk to the they can't even explain why you go them. Definitely never banking here again
