Don’t waste your time calling... No employee will pick up the phone.
Drive up ATMs are ALWAYS broken! Often times I have to go to the bank after hours and it’s annoying when I get here and can’t make deposits. Not sure why they can’t keep these things working.
Largest and richest bank IN THE WORLD.... only 2 tellers in the building during the busiest part of the day. ATMs are always broken...chase bank is like going to a Walmart. You spend more time waiting in line than you do conducting business.
The staff at Green Mountain Chase is always friendly and helpful.
You literally cannot receive any drive up service whatsoever from a teller. Only an ATM is available.
This place is trash and the workers. Waited for an hour and not one person approached me. Ended up leaving. I was there to open an account
