Manager is childish and is predujest I will no longer bank with them I feel discriminated its a joke how they run this place have been treated poorly here they should change managment because this is a joke they should close this place already.

Awful customer service. Tried calling three times and the message is that no one answers the phone at this branch. I couldn’t believe it. Are you kidding me? Even with reduced covid staffing someone should answer eventually or offer a call back option.

These people would not cash a payroll check from their bank today because my birth certificate was not a valid second form of ID. My valid photo ID and my birth certificate were not enough for cashing their own damn check. Payroll check at that. That's the customer service/business policies everyone loves so much.

Only 2 tellers on Friday afternoon?... line very long outside in the cold. I was there for 40 minutes just to deposit a check..

Having your business customers wait for a teller outside is an insult. I'll be closing my accounts and taking my banking elsewhere.
