I've been banking at this location for over 16 years. It is a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff has always been more than helpful with all my banking needs.
We had a slightly complicated international wire transfer to effect. All the staff were wonderful, patient and helpful. Excellent customer service.
Customer service is excellent. I was very disappointed when Tyson left and then Michelle. I must say their replacements are just as good. Very patient and accommodating. I have banked with them every since they opened the branch and have never been dissatisfied .
Do not bank at Bank of the West, they lie to you and steal from you.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff.
