I've been trying to get a business card sent to me for months, months!
Service at this location is always so slow! Even before the quarantine! They only ever have one or two employees on site. I go to this branch only because it is 2 minutes from my house
IS THERE A 0 star for this place WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE OPEN!!! OR NEED NEW CLERKS ALSO MANAGERS THEY GIVE YOU WRONG INFORMATION, After THEIR MISTAKES THEY BLAME YOU AS THE CLIENT FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Kent the manager is the RUDEST person I have dealt with at any Bank of the West banks. No one knows what they are doing at this bank. After we get our house, we may close our accounts with Bank of the west because of him.. NOT VERY HAPPY!
