I love the service. Everyone is professional. They treat you with respect that’s all that counts. Stop being so judgmental. It’s only one god that will be the judging.so worry about you so that you can see and leave those people alone. Have a Beautiful Blessed Day.
If you're not good with kids then don't deal with that cluster of people. Talking about the doctor. Everyone else are marvelous. That doctor gotta go!
I will not be returning to this place. They examined my eyes and were supposed to provide me with glasses to protect my eyes from the bright sun. The bare minimum that they could have done was ask me to bring my own from home.
This is the worst and last place you want to go for your eye care. The 100 park Ave office, They charged me when I get there so the doctor can see me. later they will sent me an other bill The worst part, Accidently I dropped my wallet wile siting on for eyes review with the doctor as soon he finished, I had to go out to put more coins on my parking spot, it was about 2-3 minutes I dint even walk out off the building when realized i didn't have my wallet on my pocket, i hurry walked back, a nurse was there holding it, at first I was happy and thank full, but everything changed once i looked inside my wallet, 500 cash and a 4k check was missing. Of course I called the police a made a report. The thing is as even in my gym i had dropped my wallet, someone will just hand it to the lobby, and ill get it back later will all my belongs not been touched. people working on this location are unprofessional they will take your pertinences and later they have the courage to bill you again. Its ridiculous. this type of office services should be called professional, and lest for health care. the place is dirty bathrooms are not cleaned it s a mess.
Pretty good experience and I absolutely love my glasses! They are the best pair of glasses I have ever gotten. Every other pair of glasses I’ve gotten that I can remember have become loose and they fall down my nose and I have to keep tightening them with the little screwdriver. These I have absolutely no problem with and they seem very sturdy and like they’re last for years!
Visited the Woodholme office in September 2020. Weeks prior to my appointment, I emailed all of my insurance and personal information. When I arrived at the office My original card was copied and returned to me. It was only after my completed exam that I was informed that I would need to pay out of pocket because my insurance isn't accepted. I should have been advised in advance so that my time and money would not have been wasted. It's dishonest and unprofessional. I will not return or recommend.
Had an overall great experience here. I was nervous about the previous reviews that mentioned poor customer service, but everyone there today was extremely kind and patient especially while I was choosing my frames!. The doctor was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Getting an eye exam during covid is not optimal, but they are really doing their best to give you a good experience. The negatives are the smaller selection it would have been great to have more sunglasses options but I certainly had enough to choose a good pair from and time to receive my glasses I'm spoiled and used to same day or same week. The people I worked with already had all my insurance info queued up and were able to give me specific information about my plan and copay, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was very good about following safety precautions and all staff and clients wore their masks. I would definitely recommend this place *ETA: I got an appointment the day after I called! They were able to fit me in as I only had a week left to use my insurance benefits. I really appreciate that.
Please listen to the reviews. I went to the parkville location. The doctor was nice but beyond that, the employees do not know how to treat their customers. Customer service is beyond horrible. I came in to pick up glasses and was the only one in the office. The individual who was supposed to give me the glasses was on the computer picking out food for lunch while I was just standing there. A different individual behind the front desk was wearing earbuds where I can hear the music across the room, very unprofessional. Once I sat down to try the glasses on, a telephone call came in and the individual put it on speakerphone. The individual spoke rudely to the man who was on the phone, hanged up and compained about the call in front of me. I didnot like my glasses because I felt like the perscription given to me was way too strong. The individual took the glasses back and told me the perscription was what the doctor gave me. I asked to tell me what the perscription was. I was denied and literally the words were "I will not tell you what your prescription is". I was so confused, I paid money for this. This person said I was speaking rude to her therefore she will not tell me what my perscription is, again, Im super confused. Manners, customer service, dress attire were all unprofessional. There were also random cardboard boxes all over the office and on the tables, not something that should be visible to customers. This company needs to invest into customer service training or fire people. Otherwise a lot of people will never be coming back.
Small waiting area the doctor take extra time while in exam room. I was a new walk-in on the advice of a long term patient. I was very pleased with the service. I was examined by a doctor on the first floor and was instructed to go upstairs to get further testing. After returning from testing. I was fitted for my contacts. The upgrade prescription allowed Me to not have to use readers over contacts. I have gone back to get refill contacts. I will be returning early 2019 for exam and new /same contact prescription. The front desk staff may not always be on point with excellent welcoming skills but they prove to Me how efficient they are/were in getting the job done. I was called when contacts were ready. Before I ordered the contacts I was explained about prices and copayments. The place is small and crowded at times, when 6 -8 people are waiting. There are several eyeglass display cases. So if people are walking and looking for ones they like U may have to move your feet. The place is clean .Restroom at upstairs. My visit was handled in an professional and respectable manner.
I give 1 star because my doctor was very nice. Once you leave the comfort of the exam room things took a drastic turn for the worst. The side of the office that makes your glasses are the worst. They treat you so bad. I called back after over a month of waiting and the person who answered the phone asks me "Did we call you?" I replied "no". The woman says "well why are you calling".I get the glasses after 7 weeks of waiting and the quality was poor. 1 week later the glasses broke. I went back for repairs and got the same horrible treatment. When I dropped the broken glasses off I took a co-worker with me. When we got to the lobby he asked how they are allowed to talk to people like that.I'm still waiting to date for the repaired glasses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
