The WORST PLACE EVER don’t take your dogs here the people that work here are afraid of big dogs I took 2 of my dogs her they WERE NOT LET OUT FOR 30 HOURS sat in my car on our way for a vacation Watching as my dog poop an pee in there pin CALLED 9 TIMES to ask why my dogs were out being let out she told me she was afraid of big dog an can’t let them out, even though the door to let them out was right there I took pictures of the whole thing from beginning to end when we had one of our friends go get them cuz I was not going to let my dogs sleep one more night in that filthy Place my poor baby’s had to sleep in poop an pee had to have baths when our friend brought them home... my dog are extremely nice our friend even brought his kids over to play with them he said they were the best dogs even every obedient an listened well and I still didn’t get all my dogs stuff from there.. NO ONE BRING YOUR DOG HERE watch the cameras they don’t do as the say they should say yeah watch us torture your dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~_~ the only 5 stars reviews are from the people that work there this place does not even deserve the one star .

I took my three dog here to board for one night. When I came to pick my dogs up the next day, I was handed another dogs things and they couldn’t find my dogs items. Although I thought they seemed very disorganized, I didn’t make a big deal about it. They eventually found their stuff, so I left it at that. However, what I do find to be a huge deal is that my teacup Pom was very ill from boarding there. I was very adamant in telling them that he could only have his prescription food because he has a liver shunt and his liver cannot process other foods and treats. I have no proof they gave him anything else, but I know enough about my dogs condition that I feel confident(as well as his vet) that’s what happened. I called Barkingham Palace about his condition and asked if they’d given him anything besides his food. The lady I spoke with told me she would have a manager call me back when she came in at 1 o’clock. I never heard back from them, so I called back the next day to find out she indeed did receive the message to call me... I assume she just never got around to doing so. She told me that she hadn’t given him any treats, but she’d ask the other girls if they did... which basically told me that she probably never informed the other workers about his condition. Then again, maybe she did, and they just can’t follow simple instructions. All I do know for sure is that my Pom was perfectly fine when I dropped him off and deathly ill when I picked him up. One night of boarding there cost me 667 dollars in vet bills. Also, shortly after boarding there my golden doodle is experiencing the same symptoms as my Pom?! So now I’m also questioning if they’ve caught something while boarding there. All three of my dogs are up to date on all of their vaccinations. I feel like this place is highly unsanitary and the smell is horrible! It doesn’t exactly appear to be unclean(or I’d never left my dogs there to begin with) but from the smell they clearly must not be cleaning or disinfecting properly. I feel so guilty for leaving my dogs in their care. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave, but it wouldn’t let me leave this review otherwise. Other ppl need to be informed about this “broken down” palace, so they won’t make the same mistake I did. I will never, ever be so trusting about leaving my dogs with anyone else again.

Love this place. So accommodating for me and my pup. Great prices and the staff will do anything they can to help you! My girl hates getting up on the table for a nail trim so he got on the ground for her! Their grooming bookings can take a while but it's a great deal at a great facility with great people. I love knowing that when I walk in I'm talking to the same people everytime who know me and my dog personally.

They have a new groomer. She does awesome work. The prices are reasonable.

My buddy has gone to barkingham palace for about a year and half now. Always loved it. Especially Jessica the groomer. Barkingham was our favorite place til about 2/3 weeks ago when I dropped my buddy and new dog off to just get baths and a cut. Buddy is only 19/20 pounds hes always been $25. My other dog is 30 pounds so I figured he would be $35. No big deal. So my mom went to pick them up and was told the total was $90 and one of my dogs, you couldnt even tell he got a haircut!! Its kind of ridiculous they raised their prices to double. Plus they have a new groomer and Im just so upset with what they’ve “done”. My poor dog doesn’t even look like he got a trim! His hair is still very long and curly and i paid $50? For what?? Very upset! Very very upset that our original groomer is gone!! If I wouldn’t have been at work and was able to pick them up, i wouldnt have given them a dime! I will be looking for a new groomer that’s a reasonable price and gets the job done since Jessica is no longer there.
