This place is perfect. I randomly ended up here on my first night in Portland and just had a blast. Chris and the patrons were so incredibly friendly and gave me off the track suggestions of things to do with my time here. Chris also was great with my dog which of course is very appreciated. Honestly, best first night to the trip I could have asked for.

New roof covering and fire pit for the outdoor seating!! It’s amazing and dry. Great for COVID and will be great for normal Oregon winters too. Bartender/ owner Chris is friendly and attentive. Cleaned our table right away and served our drinks Pallet Jack and mulled wine right away. Love this place! No food in the barrio wine and beer itself, but there are a lot of Hispanic food carts in the lot, if you’re not familiar.

Great experience truly a slice of Mexico bar life in Portland. Mechlada were on point, with other great beers on tap.

Great experience every time! Love the place, and patrons always seem happy, which tells you a lot. Great community spot to check out and the bonus is the dog-friendly atmosphere. The food carts adjacent have all been delicious so far as we try them all !

This place fantastic and Chris, the bar owner, is amazing! My martial arts school students and I come here twice up to twice a week after class for going on two years now. Chris has something for everyone, learns everyone’s name, everyone’s dog’s name, and makes everyone feel welcome. Also, he has a ton of amazing wine!

I love this spot, so much so I don’t wanna publicize too much! I live around the corner and have popped in every now and then and the owner makes me feel like a regular. Great bar to pair with with food carts

Excelente! Delicious sangría and cocktails. All the food trucks are really good. Outdoor seating and great environment. Música de la buena!

We are quite possibly obsessed with the sangria, wine selection and incredible service Chris is providing as he's pivoted to to-go orders. We look forward to the place re-opening and we're happy to support it in the meantime.

One of my favorite spots to have a drink! You can tell the owner, Chris, truly cares for what he does and for all of his clients. Love visiting with him and having a Michelada on the epic patio. Bonus that you can pair it with all of the lovely Mercado food choices!

Excellent neighborhood spot! Chris is always a pleasure and it’s a great place to mix and mingle with others from around the world. Come for the food carts and delightful drinks, stay for a soccer match or live music, and enjoy the diverse company.
