Baskin-Robbins

I would love to give a review but went for ice cream numerous times and the inside where the ice cream is is always locked. The sign says they only do coffee in the drive-thru. I didn’t get in line to check because it was one of those trap drive-thrus where if you don’t order your trapped behind everyone in front of you and there is no way out. I tried to call numerous times to find out what their hours were and they didn’t answer the phone either. No hours posted on the store regarding inside hours. It’s a shame because I grew up on baskin Robbins chocolate fudge ice cream and that is the only one close to me.

BASKING ROBBINS SHOULD TAKE THE PRIVILEGE OF THIS FRANCHISE OWNER NOW, THEY CLOSE AT WHAT EVER TIME THEY ONE, IF TOTALLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…

Would give 0 stars if I could I called to see what time they stop serving ice cream because stopped by several times after 8pm and was told they had already stopped serving ice cream. At 925 pm was told they stop serving at 10pm I make the 5 min drive up there and the lady at the window rudely tells me smoothies only. So took my daughter to friendlys. Sandwiches are usually burnt and 3 out of 5 times the doughnuts are stale. I buy doughnuts for either work or my family once a week and I drive 10 min down the road to another Dunkin. I have never met such rude nasty people they act like I should be grateful they let me come in their store. Seen them call the cops on a homeless guy sitting on the curb on the far side of parking lot it was almost 100 degrees out and he just stopped to catch his breath he wasn't bothering anyone he was 75 ft from the door. I will never under any circumstances use this Dunkin again if I ever find another that acts like this I would boycott the whole chain!!!!

Very BAD experience, Literally I would give zero stars if I could. Went into the store to get a scoop of ice cream with Birthday Coupon I received and ended up walking out of the store with NOTHING. Nobody in this store spoke enough English for me to order the ice cream or use the coupon and on top of their lacking communication skills and inability to speak English the staff was very rude and not willing to help.

Was a clitch in the website and employees cooperation. I order an ice cream cake for the my little nephews birthday and received an ice cream cake with just ice cream only with chocolate frosting on top . And I requested no chocolate . And I have been a loyal customer for 6 years . Very disappointed and what a waste of money . If I just wanted ice cream I would f just went and brought a pitcher of ice cream way cheaper instead of spending $40.00 for just ice cream which was suppose to be a cake .

Services so slow I watched five people go in and out for the inside while they drive through line just set still would not recommend this store go to Glen Burnie at least you get in and out

They are horrible I ordered a brownie sandae they never put whipp cream and cherries on there when it comes with it.. they also are very rude very rude

Love the hours, but the cashier was confused about my coupon. They also kept locked the main door for some reason.

Excellent ice cream excellent service

They don't know how to put ice cream on a cone. Mine just fell right off
