Bass Pro Shops

Very clean inside. They allow dogs inside so it is a nice place to walk your dog in the winter. We like to take the kids here to see the fish and throw coins in the small creek.

Covers a wide variety of sports, nice selection. Convenient location and hours. T he store is clean, well laid out and well organized. Central checkouts make it convenient to complete your purchase when you are ready. . It's also family friendly; big fish tanks in the store

I visit this location from a state over and wanted to test my new app out receipt hog with scanning receipts and rating my experience from different locations. So I took my family to this location in Gurnee as we were looking to request kid shoe sizes an older Caucasian woman that appeared to be in her 50s walked right by put her minute finger up dismissed us like we didn't exist and never turned to look at us never came to check if we needed any service etc. Unfortunately rude racist people like her work for conpanies and brands end up becoming the face of these businesses. Now I see racial discrimination happen all over the country but I never thought it would happen to me. I spent at least 200 or close to it. What made matters worse a Caucasian family comes out of no where she assisted them with no delay. So the red head middle aged Caucasian lady in the shoe dept should not be working for this company. I am happy to know that customer service is still yet a priority the front end cashiers as well as a couple of othher folk around the store was very polite and helpful. It disgusts me that people are still being racist, prejudice, and discriminating towards others.

Nice and has an area with a pond with fishes and a bridge and has a big fish tank you can look into, and the tank has an area where you can kinds enter.
