Battlefield Mall

This mall is an awesome place to see when visiting or passing through. One level, very spacious and organized. The staff throughout are very helpful, most of the stores are the average you would see in a mall, however they are all well maintained and easy to find. The mall has very good signage which helps you find exactly what your looking for. There is plenty of packing with active security. Highly recommend a visit.

I like visiting this mall when I go to Springfield because it has a huge JC Penney and a lot of nice other stores. Really a nice big inside Mall. I really prefer the inside mall where you have air conditioning because the ones that are a Promenade are Promenade they are all outside you have to do a lot of driving to each store. So it's great just to be able to walk around the mall in cool air and explore all the great stores that they have. This mall always has plenty of clearance racks to :-)

I don't go to the mall very often and when I do I try not to stay too long. I did get a massage last time I was there because my mother got one. I appreciated it but I don't think a 30 minute chair massage is going to rid me of the tension I carry in my shoulders or butt. But it was a great effort!!

Wonderful place to eat, hang with friends, family, or significant other. Shop get a makeover or try a new you or buy something for someone else that's in mind. Me,my fiance, and son did. So have fun and I hope you find what your looking for.

I haven't been to a mall in years. I missed everything from Victoria's Secret and Spencer's to Hot Topic. I was excited and brought my husband and we got us a Subway sandwich and walked around. The mall itself was nice, tidy and spacious. But like any mall, I was expecting ridiculous prices; But I didn't expect a true price-apocalypse!! Things like a small black Starbucks coffee was $11.49 and a simple T-shirt was $30-$50 (at the cheapest). Not to mention, I was grabbed and yanked into a salon, away from my husband by a man who barely spoke English, Touching my hands, face, nails and legs. I am a pregnant married woman. So, naturally... this was a fearful event. Practically everyone had a terrible sense of customer service. I will never step foot in that mall again, I know many, many, many, many people due to my job and have warned them also.
