ZERO stars is too good for Everything Kitchens!
Worst company to order from. Their website glitched during checkout and I was sent the wrong item. No big deal, I thought once I let them know they would fix the mistake.... What was I thinking!
IF you think they will own up to a mistake by their own website: think again! This type of unreasonable behavior is ALL THE WAY UP TO MANAGEMENT! Here is where the fun begins: do NOT even try to return an item back to them, the charges they add to return an item (unopened/ within 1 week of purchase!)... you would be better off keeping it! I have NEVER seen a worst return policy.
I rarely (if ever) take the time to write any reviews (good or bad); but dealing with Everything Kitchens made me feel like I was dealing with a company in a third world country or black hole; I had to take my time to write a review in hopes of helping others form having to deal with them.

I called this company with a problem in reference to getting credit through a promotional. I understand that this was out of their hands but I wanted to let them know of my experience. The representative for Everything Kitchens listened, and was appollojetic. She stated she would advise her manager after listening to my concerns. To move on with my experience, I asked if I could go ahead and order a product from them. Still the representative continued to have a first class attitude and assisted me with my order. My order arrived on scheduled and in great condition. Rebate form in the top of the box and not a wrinkle. Bottom line, the customer service was amazing. I will continue to do business with this company for all my kitchen needs.Thank you to the rep that helped me.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Everything Kitchens. I received a package with Dishes in it that had been crushed by UPS. I just knew that they were all destroyed before opening the box that was clearly marked GLASS several times. Much to my surprise when I opened it it was all wrapped so well that I didn't have one piece out of nine that was damaged. This is just another great experience I have had with Everything Kitchens!!! I

Horrible return policy.If you buy anything and don’t feel it is the right one,don’t bother returning it, get stuck with it. They give you 30 days return, within those 30 days, they expect the item not to be tested,for instant I bought a Bosch mixer, run it once and it didn’t hold a small batch, so I thought I’d opt for a smaller appliance,this was only the 1st try and the item wasn’t my liking, but because of this they wouldn’t take it back-this was 3 days after it was delivered. They don’t even pay return shipping!,they tell you to use insured return shipping!bad,bad,bad.
