Bavarian Bierhaus

Honestly one of the best things about my last trip to Nashville. Great drinks, apps, food. The service and staff was top notch. Definitely visit this place! It was so enjoyable. I really can not wait to go back and take the whole family. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The beer was outstanding! I would recommend starting it off with the pretzel and beer cheese it was awesome.

Fun atmosphere and great beer. The food is a different story. I tried several signature foods on the menu but was pretty disappointed. You can buy German souvenirs at a cheap price. They make it really tempting to buy things like this while you're waiting. In short, go for the beer and music, not for the food.

This place is amazing! The beer is phenomenal the prices are good. The jaegershnitzel is like the best thing I've ever had at a German joint. I wish I could give it 7 stars. Diana was our server and she was a friendly as she was knowledgeable. Every time I come to Nashville this will be a destination!

Great selection of German beer and food. The main dish was excellent, I had the rouladen. The sides were very small portions and just not as flavorful as the main dish. The red cabbage was more on the sweet side than sweet and sour, definitely more so than the traditional red cabbage I make at home. The green beans just didn't have much flavor at all. The waiter was awesome. I would still definitely come back of in the area again.

During my army career I spent 9 years stationed in Germany, so i have had my fair share of German food. In my experience it is hard to find good ethnic food outside the country of origin . The Bavarian Bierhaus was the exception. First to get the bad news out of the way. The side dishes needed more flavor and were on the bland side - the reason for only 4 stars.The main dishes were excellent. My wife had a couple wurst that were quite good. I had the Schweinshaxe. Never had better in any country. Also, you need to get the meat and cheese platter. You won't be disappointed. We did not take home any sides, but we took everything else - enough for at least two more meals. A surprisingly good restaurant.
