Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint

Went twice when I was in town for a conference. First time we went there was a long line out the door for dinner. A staff member came out and told us that "they were out of meat'. Which I guess is a good sign -- the place is downright popular. We came back the following two days for lunch. I had a pulled pork sandwich and a brisket sandwich. Brisket was great! Pulled pork leaved much to be desired. Overall great place. Decent prices.

Best BBQ Experience in Nashville. Pro tip: skip the line downstairs and go upstairs. It's a better atmosphere and there is a food window up there. You can also just order food at either bar. The space is amazing. Often has live music. Oh, and the BBQ is really, really good. Love the brisket before it runs out.

I visited for the first time with a friend. I ordered chicken, fries, and green beans and loved all of it. It was all very delicious. My friend ordered some ribs, mac and cheese, and something else that I can't remember and also said that it was fantastic. Ther weren't a lot of people there when we went which was perfect. We had our pick of tables. The staff are very friendly. The service was great. One server was always smiling and genuinely seemed to love his job. I don't see that too often, so I thought it was worth mentioning. The service made our experience even better. I'll definitely go back and try out other food there.

This place lives up to the hype! Delicious BBQ and a fun environment to boot. Get there early if you can because the line gets long very, very fast. I loved their white sauce and if you haven't had that style before it's well worth a try on their turkey.

LOVED this place! The food, oh the food! I wanted it all but settled for the Big Momma Platter. It was delicious! The brisket was amazing. Bartenders upstairs were super friendly. Highly recommend for food & cool atmosphere.
