Baymont by Wyndham Jackson/Ridgeland

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great, convenient location! There was a brief issue with the hot water in the bathroom, but it was quickly resolved. The staff is super friendly! I'd especially like to recognize Ms. Latoya and Ms. Brenda for their exceptional customer service!. The breakfast bar was excellent, great selections to choose from. We WILL be visiting again! Thanks Baymont Staff!

My stay here was amazing. The staff was excellent and made you feel like it was home away from home. The rooms were well kept. The liens were clean and the breakfast was fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to the Jackson area. This is definitely a five star hotel.Rooms: 5/5

This is our new home coming hotel. Our normal hotel was completely booked so I gave this hotel a try for such a bargain and even my wife was pleased. It looked and smelled so great, the lobby and the room. The cookies and refreshments to drink didn't hurt. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Had a great stay here I brought my family in for a short stay and my daughter is very picky and she asked can we stay here when we return. The staff was respectful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and it appeared to be safe and clean throughout the hallway and lobby. I definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and return next year for homecoming at Jackson State University.

I tend to judge my stay at a hotel by the customer service and the attention one pays to my needs during the stay. I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this establishment simply because of the friendly nature of everyone I encountered at the property. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, The room attendants were extremely nice and the rooms were clean. I look forward to my next visit to this lovely establishment.

The hotel felt and smelled so clean when we walked in - you could tell the staff were taking care of it. The renovation and the great breakfast has made this hotel the nicest Baymont I've every stayed at - and the murals on each floor are simply amazing. Definitely worth a visit!Rooms: 5/5

I had a fabulous stay in the Wyndham Jackson/Ridgeland Hotel on New Year’s Eve 2022 weekend while visiting our family for our New Year’s Eve celebrations. The room was clean, sanitized and our view was awesome. I enjoyed the fact that our hotel location was close in proximity to fine restaurants and shopping as well as near my family. I told my husband that next year, I wanted to stay in the same room at this hotel. What a wonderful weekend to visit with family while escaping to our comfortable room to relax and unwind!
