Baystate Reference Laboratories

I've been to baystate reference labs plenty of times in the past year without giving my licence to the reception lady to keep until my bloods drawn. Not only was the reception lady incredibly rude about this but she also informed me id have to wait 20+ mins to be called while my newborn son is with me and crying non stop. All this waiting is because she can't look up my order and fill out the lab form in a timely manner. Then i get to go wait in another waiting room for longer. Other people in the waiting room were also complaining. Seriously get less cranky reception people that aren't snail slow. I know plenty of people looking for work that actually want to work and can provide good customer service.
