Baystate Reference Laboratories

I am apalled at the deterioration in the type of care given by hospital doctors and the system which requires the staff to use webpages to call physicians and staff. No doctor at the observation desk talked to me about observations on my condition even though I requested it, My medications were changed and given at very high doses without explanation. I give the hospital an OK only because the nurses and staff were wonderful, and kind and all the hospital protocols were strictly observed although the phlebotomy left huge bruises on my arms which I don't create when I inject my insulin at home.We need a revamp of all hospital care.

I gotta say enough is enough to my mother was taken by Ambulance to franklin medical center I was called by my father who told me they where bringing her in. Upon my arrival I had asked for my mother they told me she was not their i told them she was just brought in by the Ambulance. Not even looking at her computer this women behind the desk told me that my mother was not there and no one even called it in. -_- I'm not crazy here peeved at this point but not crazy i know my mothers is there or at least on her way there for it's been called in.I called my mothers cell my sister answers the phone and tells me she been there for 10 min i asked her to come out and get me. I then turned to the women and asked for her supervisor who I never did see and was there for well over and hour by time my mother got discharged, still no supervisor and now i'm sitting in the waiting room waiting for this women to look at me.......she did not.......I will be calling in the morning as well as few other places.
