Soni is the best! She helped me find the perfect wedding dress, which really helped me feel so beautiful and special on my wedding day. A wedding dress is such an important part of the wedding day. I strongly recommend B B Bridal to any bride I know. Soni is very honest and straight-forward, she doesn't hestitate to tell it like it is. I prefer this since I want to know that the dress actually looks good or bad on me. The whole experience of working with Soni has been so wonderful. Dress shopping can be stressful or overwhelming, but she made it so easy. I sent me a message over google first, then we switched over to text messages. I sent her pictures from my Pinterest board lace, A-line and she already had a dress in mind for me. In between booking my appointment with Soni and actually going to her shop, I went to some other bridal dress shops and they convinced me I wanted a mermaid/trumpet style. However, when I went to Soni, she helped me realize that trumpet/mermaid would be super unflattering for my body type I'm 5 feet. She's super honest and doesn't have customer stand on a box to look taller so the dress looks better on them which is what the other shops did. She also respects your budget other shops kept trying to give me more expensive dresses above my budget I told them. Soni really knows her craft. The dress that she initially picked out for me was exactly the one I ended up buying! It fit me and my tastes perfectly. She was able to suggest alterations to the dress that worked perfectly. She always listened to me and gave me advice. I felt beautiful in it and everyone gave me so many compliments! I’m so glad I bought my wedding dress from B B Bridal! Came with my soon-to-be daughter to find the perfect dress. Sam, our bridal consultant, was wonderful. She took the time to get to know each of us and what our desires for the dress were. Sam made sure not to overwhelm the bride with too many choices… while still allowing her to try on as many dresses as needed. The quality of dresses and choices was exceptional. 1000% satisfied!

Soni was like my fairy godmother! 3 weeks before my wedding date, I had no idea what I was going to wear. A friend of mine connected me with Soni, and via text messages, she knew instantly what I would look best in, and she picked out a dress that was more perfect than anything I could have dreamt up. She had it ordered, altered and wedding ready in time. She cares DEEPLY about your dress and how you feel in it. I felt more beautiful than I thought possible. I first visited Soni at BB Bridal in May 2020. Within seconds of meeting me, she found the perfect dress for me! I tried on a bunch of dresses after that, but quickly realized that Soni's instinct was the right one. She was able to give me a fair price for the dress, which included a bustle and pressing the dress. Soni also helped me order my three bridesmaids' dresses at a special rate. Even though the dresses were ready in December 2020, she let me pick them up in May 2021. My wedding dress was in perfect condition and fit like a glove for my October 2021 wedding. In addition to Soni's fashion sense and bridal expertise, I have to commend her for being a truly wonderful lady with a warm heart! She checked in on me during over the past 18 months and even wished me congratulations on my wedding morning! I cannot recommend her enough to friends and family!

Where do I start? SONI IS THE BEST. This was the last store on my dress journey and I'm glad I went and made the final decision to get my dress made here. Anyone who comes here needs to understand that this is not a spot to sip champagne and hang out. What you will get is a lovely woman who has decades of experience and will help you find a dress that will work for your body. You get an actual bridal dress consultant rather than a salesperson. I went to several stores where they would just bring me dresses they thought were nice but none of them ever really focused on what would work for my body shape. Soni is blunt and honest - but that is exactly what I needed. She never tried to upsell me, was mindful of my budget , and made the decision making easy. When you work with Soni, it feels like working with family - like an auntie who has your best interests in mind. She works with a few well known bridal brands and can customize the dress with what you envision. She always proactively checked in with me to give me a status update of the dress and once it was ready she always notified me right away so that I could come in for my fittings and adjustments. She helped advised on spanx, shoes ,etc too. She always checked in to make sure things were going ok and gave tips on how to travel with the dress for my destination wedding. My husband really liked my dress when we did our first look and luckily we are having two weddings so I get to wear it twice; I'll be able to wear it again for our local family wedding. Soni even made arrangements to ensure my dress could get cleaned before the 2nd wedding. As someone who isn't super girly, I felt like a princess as I walked down the aisle. Thank you so much Soni for you care, attention to detail. I will be back to have her help me with the final cleaning and preservation of my dress. I don't even know how to start this review. Soni is just amazing. I had been dress shopping in multiple states and just couldn't settle for sure on a dress, although I found one I liked a lot. I came to Soni, and she immediately could see what alterations needed to be made to the dress I liked to make it fit me perfectly. Several months after ordering the dress, I asked for the dress 6+ months ahead of schedule; and Soni didn't hesitate before saying she could do it. The dress was perfect - fit like a glove, and I was getting compliments all night! The look on my husband's face when he saw me in the dress - I will never forget it. And all thanks to Soni! In most bridal shops, an attendant helps the bride pick a dress, then 6 months later the bride comes back for a dress fitting and only then she meets the seamstress who is at that point limited in what can be done to fix the dress. With Soni, she is the one person who helps you both pick the dress and make adjustments! She can customize the dress to great lengths, even combining the top of one dress with the bottom of the other. She will be frank with you about what is possible and realistic, which is what every bride needs! She will stop at nothing to get you looking perfect and will see you through every step of the process! And all this at very reasonable prices! I firmly believe every bride should go to Soni; I can't even imagine the impersonal service going to another bridal shop after working with Soni!! After going to another bridal shop we were so glad to find B B bridal. Soni knew within minutes of talking to my daughter what the perfect dress would be within our budget. We immediately loved it. Soni really understands her customer's needs. She is a kind, wonderful, professional lady and has been in the business for 30 years. I can't recommend her more highly.

Soni is the absolute best! I bought my wedding dress from her in 2007 and even went back when I married the right guy 8 years later. She was able to order my dresses to fit so I didn’t need to pay for alterations. I was able to get my dream dress from her for 1/3 of the cost it was at another store. Soni still texts me and checks in on me from time to time. She is the absolute best.

Soni is the best! I would recommend her to anyone! What I love about Soni is how fast she responds. I initially called her and left a voicemail. She called me back as soon as she can. Afterwards, we communicated a lot through text--again, immediate response. She works really fast as well. I was actually a customer of another store that went bankrupt and I didn't have my dress still 3 months before my wedding. Soni helped me by getting my dress from Casablanca asap and she made sure all the alterations are perfect. She was very quick with the alteration. Soni made me feel calm and made me know that everything will be okay because she got my back everything was definitely okay!. Soni has an eye for this business. She can tell whether the dress suits you or not and she will give suggestions as she sees it. She is exactly who I needed because I don't know what looks good on me or not. She is there for the brides throughout the entire time. She will check up on you after you pick up your dress and make sure you are good to go! I was very happy with my experience with Soni! I RARELY write reviews, but my experience with her and the dress she created deserve it. I came here on a whim and could not be happier with the outcome of my dress. I came in already knowing how I wanted the bottom part of my dress to look, but was unsure about the top. She found a dress whose bottom I liked and then helped me design the top part, as I did not like the one that came with the original dress. Definitely a one of a kind creation! She also knows what will look best on your body type and will tell you the truth versus just telling you you look good just to make the sale. I highly recommend Soni!!
