I don’t know why so many bad reviews, but this was my first time going to this branch because i was on my lunch break and Niecey was my teller. She was super sweet and fun. She helped me and educated me. I will definitely be using this branch when i can’t make it to my main branch.

I have roughly 7 financial companies I do business with. BBVA by far the worst, they don’t provide basic customer service like listening. So naturally your issue never gets resolved and you get to spend your time in the BBVA customer service telephone department blender. If you value your sanity avoid this business.

Its sad how incompetent these people are. Don't open 3 lanes if your only going to be servicing 2! Over an hour just to withdraw 40 dollars !? And I didn't even get the money cuz i was way past late for my lunch! I hope these people get a clue as to how to deal with a bank! 06/30/20 12:20pm

Poor customer service! Asked my loan rep to check into to a matter and she said she’d call me back with the info. I’m currently at the end of week 2. They want your money but customer service must come at a premium. Won’t do business with them ever again.

Very bad service employees just talk and no job is done they have family members and they help them first when people are already waiting. Mixing personal business with work is not okay. My husband regret banking here with them.

I've been with them for 13 years and they have always been really good to me.
