I am grateful to Bethany for taking time with me on the phone to address complicated issues regarding accounts on which I am the power of attorney. Excellent service and attention to detail.

Chase bank is probably the WORST bank I’ve ever experienced. JP Morgan are money grabbers. You can talk to customer service they’ll tell you one thing and then the branch will tell you another. WORST BANK IVE EVER BEEN TO!

I haven’t stepped foot into a bank in quite some time. I stopped in to grab a couple checks and not only was the teller friendly, but VERY efficient. Probably the most efficient service I’ve ever received in banking. Def happy I made the switch to Chase.

Count on herring about the bankers personal life at same time has they are setting up a account for you.Then when you complain to another banker about how the banker who was unprofessional in how they conduct themself they want you to bank some where else . No work on your Professionalism !
