U.S. Bank Branch

I went to this branch today to deposit a bunch of coin that I had. I called to make sure that I didn’t need an appointment first. Everybody there was super friendly. Professional. And helpful. Including the security guard. I appreciate what they do And being open during these Covid times

If it were possible, I would not give this bank one star, they will seriously disappoint as a bank.

You have to make a appointment to have help from a teller. Made an appointment at 10 and I waited until 10:20 to be helped. US bank should come up with a more manageable way for these team members to help customers.

So I called Monday.... the supervisors was supposed to give me a call back. Never did. Still waiting. Not the first time I have a bad experience here. I think it’s time for a new bank.
