DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!! If there was a negative star option, it would apply here. The worst "spa" experience I have ever had. I went in to have my eyelashes curled and tinted. Big mistake! They were a half hour late to take me and once in the room for the procedure, Aman did not go over any details with me as to what to expect. She jabbed me in the eye twice with whatever mechanism they use to push your lashes up and then spilt the treatment chemicals directly into my eye! It was so bad that she had to remove all of the product and flush my eye out. It was an absolutely terrifying experience and very painful. I thought I was going to lose my vision in that eye. With hardly an apology, she continued her destruction of my lashes. After 2.5 hours of laying in the bed for what I was told was a 45 minute procedure it was finally over. I had vision problems for days, there was strings of cotton stuck in my eyes and eyelashes and my lashes were bent in every direction but the right one. It has been about a month since it was done and I still cannot wear mascara as my lashes look crazy from her so called treatment. I called to get a refund as I was so upset by the experience and the look of the lashes. They refused to give me my money back and offered that I go back in for another treatment. I thought that was hilarious. Who would put themselves through that twice?! I emailed customer service and head office. They did not even have the decency to email me back. I have had some bad experiences with customer service before but never like this. They could care less if they made it right. Do not go here and give people like this your business and hard earned money.

The esthetician was very friendly and was able to take me for an appointment as a walk in. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and took her time doing them which was great. She did a combination of waxing and threading which gave some extra shape that turned out great. I'm new to the Burlington area and she had definitely earned my business!

Wonderful spa with knowledge and professional staff. I just go my brows done today and I am thrilled with the results. Would defiently recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for my beautiful brows, see you next time!

After having a bad experience at their Oakville location a few weeks ago in which I was turned away due to my gender I have l heard several similar accounts from friends. This place is disgusting. The “business” never even reached out to reply to my review as they do, nor did my email to the business owner go answered. I strongly encourage others to abandon this place.
