Beauty First

I went to get a full face done and they gave me the NEWEST person. This happened like last year maybe? I can't really remember. Anyway though, she did a horrible job and she didn't even finish because I had to tell her to stop. She was so bad at threading that it would've taken forever to get my whole face done. I usually get the full face done within 30 mins and they do it very fast usually because they know it hurts a lot if you go slow. So, I told the manager what happened and she looked like she was too busy to even care. I never went there ever again! If your a manager do your job properly and care for what your customers have to say. Like why the hell would you let the newest person of your team do a full face??????

Henna always does a great job. She takes her time and ensures that the customer is pleased. Very friendly and professional. I have been coming to get services done for over a year now and she never disappoints. Eye lash tinting, threading and brows are services I book.

Best brow place I've ever been too!!! Have never had a bad experience here. All the staff are great and I trust them all with me face. Very polite, great work and a pleasant atmosphere. Can't wait to try more services.

My first time at this location as I usually choose trade secrets and I must say WOW what an amazing job Ishtar did on my brows..not rushed very personable and gorgeous salon. Will be coming back to this same amazing lady for further services! Will be sure to pass on the word girl thanks again doll xo

Very happy with their service..!! These people are very helpful and always gives warm welcome..!! Specially SANDRA... she is very talented and do her work perfectly..!!! She remembers me and I don’t need to tell her about what i want, she is just amazing..!! This place is perfect for waxing and other stuff..!! These guys are providing amazing service after waxing and just love that..!!
