Nice hair products for men and woman, ladies looking for wig, this is the place, I spend hours shopping here. Am edited myself review, after reading this lack of customer service. I left this place upset, due to the behaviour of this ladies, there are two ladies, that really try. A bit of diverse in staff, their points system has been working, which I spend a lot of money. Professionalism it truly lack in the staffs. The staffs should not be arguing with the customers

This is my first google review. My experience here was so horrible that I was compelled to write a review. I cannot recall a time that I have faced this level of blatant disrespect. As soon as I walked in the door I was told to leave in an abrupt, rude manner by an overweight man with glasses. I was told that the store "closes at 8:30" while I saw other customers browsing the shelves. It was 8:50 and the store sign on the front door confirmed that the store would close at 9. I politely replied that I simply wanted a specific item and would leave shortly. Again I was spoken to in an extremely disrespectful manner. I would rather make a purchase online and spend extra on shipping than come to this location ever again.

One star is too good! Very unprofessional staff. Cashier , workers on the floor. No service what so ever. When I ask for something it is like I disturb their sweet personal life conversation they are having in the store. Cashier just stuff my items and one small bag that doesn't even fit, the bag obviously needed to be double. I ask her for a bag,she just shoving the bag to me and watching me struggle trying to double the other punch bag. I don't know, they watching you with this nasty eye like you come to steal something. I might look cheap however I buy expensive hair because it last longer and looks more natural and I like to take my time when I want to see what is new to try. This is my 3rd and last time going there. What happened to customer service?

Although they have a good variety of products. Do not expect the staff to be professional or know anything about the product or provide customer service. It comes through also from the owners. Cold and robotic. The stars are for products only.

pretty good, large selection of black hair products but pretty overpriced except when they have sales
