Nice spa...love the eminence products. The service was nice. BUT, we asked for the earth pedicure and what we received sounded more like the je spa pedicure ($8 less) whether we received a different pedicure than what we paid for or, the descriptions on the website are inaccurate, that was kind of disappointing and confusing. We were looking forward to a hot oil massage at the end and were told "it's not really a hot oil massage" The girls were nice but if the descriptions are inaccurate- you're making them suffer. And if not, we got ripped off. So.. I dunno! I do like my toes! Just not what I expected for $59 +tax

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My MOH booked a spa session for her and I on Sept 9th and even asked for an afternoon apt as we would be coming from out of town. They agreed and somehow ended up scheduling us on Sept 8th! Why they would do this I have no idea as most people work on Friday... needless to say there was no staff available to do the treatment we requested and all they could say was sorry... they offered one other treatment for a later time in the day but why would I spend my MOH hard earned money on not only a business that is incompetent but on a service that was more expensive than the one we had planned. I would never go here or recommend this place to anyone especially people coming out of town. Driving 3 hrs to this spa was definitely not worth it.

My first spa experience. I went for a manicure and pedicure and the girl was very friendly although for the price of what I got, was I think ridiculous. It has been 3 days and polish is already chipped and dented on both hands and feet. What I read on the website was most deffinetly not what I received. Completely dissappointed

Amazing experience at JeSpa. I requested a customization to one of the packages and they accommodated without any hesitation. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff made our spa experience just perfect! Will be returning! Thank you!!!

Such a beautiful space and such a great job with pedicures, manicures and facials! Such an accomodating staff!
