I love the points system you get money that you can use towards your purchases and you only have to provide your name and phone number. The customer service isn’t bad but the employees do follow you through the store as an attempt at loss prevention. Great selection of hair products but not much selection when it come to weaves. The wigs are very affordable and decent quality for synthetic. Price point is okay but not many deals and when things go on sale they are still cheaper at BSW. The store sometimes closes 10 minutes earlier than actual closing time.

This place has been here for almost as long as I've been living in the city, and it's our #1 supply shop! Great selection, great customer service, they're very knowledgeable and can find a variety of things for you in all price ranges-- and if they don't have it, you can ask if there's a possibility of them getting it in the future. There is also a salon in the back that is by appointment only, see in store for more information on that. A wide variety of wigs, weaves, and braiding hair, as well as hair dye, toners, bleaches, styling tools and accessories, nail polishes, hair care products, and even a small collection of good quality makeup (L.A. Colors, inexpensive but quality stuff). They also have a membership program so you can eat points on everything in store and use them to buy stuff... It's a win win in my book!

Star Beauty Plus is at 30km distance from me and it's worth the drive. They carry authentic brand name product including some European brands that are hard to find.

I didn’t find what I was looking for but staff helped me find a better alternative an we’re very kind. I had a pretty good experience despite being a little uneasy after reading some reviews.
