Beauty First

I stopped in at the spa to get an overview of the services there. Jasvir was able to take me right away (without an appointment) to have my eyebrows done. Excellent work, and I subsequently made another appointment for further services. Clean, light and airy environment. Lovely staff.

Do not recommend. Beauty First has a misandrist code of conduct which is incredibly prejudice and wrong. While branding and gaining a clientele of males they have switched it up and forbidden men from being able to go there. Highly unprofessional and embarrassing, go to Nails 4 You located in the same mall. (Which also gives a much better service.)

The service was good, but I really don't appreciate how the new points card came about. Without any warning I was told that my "old" paper card is no longer valid. This really upset me because I had 6 visits on the card and I was told that I would not be able to transfer them over to my new card.

Noorjahan was amazing. Beauty First is perfect for super busy women to feel pampered in a flash. I love coming in and look forward to booking a facial soon when I can devote more time to pampering myself.

I've been going to beauty first for just over 1 year. Everytime I walk in I am welcomed with a warm smile. Rignisha and Heena are usually the ones who thread my eyebrows and never do I have to worry about anything. They are great and I love my experience every single time I go to this location in Burlington mall. Certainly recommended! Thank you beauty first for always keeping my eyebrows on fleek ;) I must add.. Just had a wonderful facial with Nadia! So amazing.. Relaxing and awesome. If your seeking to get a facial, I definitely recommend this place. You won't regret it
