i have been cutting my hair at NC salon for 10yrs.(cross street of white rose) They raised their price from $25-55/single cut in the past decade . Accidently, i tried whiterose's service this year. OMG! Trust me, my friend. You won't find any other places $12/cut with that quality. give a big credit to "Fu Gor" one of their designer

You can get a women's wash, cut and blow-dry all done within 50 mins. Comes to maybe $25 or so without tip. Then you have to go home and fix the uneven ends yourself. You get what you pay for!

If you are one of those that don't look for perfection on a hair cut, this place is good for you with very low prices for a beauty salon, although you can't expect high quality for a low price, right. For me is ok.

I've been getting my hair cut here for years. As a professional Home Inspector, and a business owner, when I provide 110% quality service I expect the same in return. Phu is a professional barber and it will be really hard for me to trust anyone other than him.

Pretty bad place for a haircut. The lady who looks like a gorilla shouldn't even be qualified for this job. She was horrible and didn't know how to cut at all. Worse barber I've ever seen
