I’ve been going to this store since it opened and every single customer service interaction has either been subpar or just plain rude. The only redeeming quality of this place is it’s inventory, I can find everything I need from deep conditioner to wig thread, makeup brushes, nail polish remover, hair dye, it’s lovely. If only their employees were as great as their stock. I understand retail can be tough (I’ve worked it long enough to know that) but if you don’t interact with a customer the entire time you’re cashing them out and then just hand them their bag with no word, you probably shouldn’t be dealing with clients. An upgrade in attitude can take this place from a 2 to a 5 star store easily, owners take note.

They carry most of the natural hair lines so that's a plus. But a lot of the girls working there have really bad attitudes. Especially one of the Asian girls that work at the cash register. When you ask a question, it's almost like they feel bothered. The beauty supply stores in Canada charge twice the price for hair products then the states. I'm spending my money so I need better customer service.

I have been shopping at this location for over a year now and my experience is almost always below average with regards to customer service. I have no experience with the salon, so my review is strictly about the customer service in the store. Every time I come to this location and I'm ready to check out, 9/10 the cashier is rude. No "hello", no "have a good day", they just cash me out and shove the receipt in my face. It's shameful, and I won't continue to put my Black dollars towards this business where my own people treat me like this. I was in the line today and there were about three cashiers. Two were busy and one became free and was about to call a customer who got in the line after me over until I glimpsed at her and then she rolled her eyes and called me over. She cashed me out then literally shoved the receipt in my face without saying a word. I don't know why most of your cashiers make a concerted effort to provide terrible service to people, but they should change their outlook because it can get them fired. Retail isn't for everybody...

It has everything you could possibly need in terms of beauty products. However, some of the employees are a little bit sassy. The hair salon is a very unique and smart touch

The lady that helped me was do nice l. She answered all of our questions and helped us find e everything we needed. I wish I remember her name. She was amazing!
