I cant ever say I thought I would want this agency to be part of my life but for the first time ever I NEEDED them and they didnt help!!!!
Please NEOFACS, do your job and keep the kids safe!!!!! 
Its a known fact that clients of Kuwanimano laugh & say "we get away with murder!" 
How can this be? How can one agency be soooo lenient and the other be sooo tough!!! Soooo sickly confused!!! :(
