Came in not knowing what I needed for my thinning hair. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly while they helped me find what I needed. I will definately be back when this shampoo is empty!!!!

I was in the store last weekend and I had a VERY pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will absolutely shop here again.

I have been here before and never had a problem however I bought a krimper last week and it looked terrible on my sisters hair so I took it back today, fully aware of the store's no return, only exchange or store credit policy. I wanted store credit and to pick up some other things while I was there but I didn't know what. I wanted. The girl at the cash looked at me like "well?" with wide eyes as if I was supposed to know to walk away in the middle of the transaction to go look around for something else. She was very rude and made me feel as if she thought I was stupid or something. I then found a shampoo and conditioner to buy, she did the rest of the transaction. When I got outside I looked at the receipt and noticed it said the original price of the shampoo and conditioner, and not the discounted price so I went back in and asked her why it said the original price and she took the receipt and pointed out the discount part I didn't notice and I was like "oh that's a weird way to have it", and she was like "Well, I don't make the system." ... I certainly didn't need to be treated so rudely, glared at and made to feel stupid. The reciept said Holly M was the cashier... not sure if that's correct but I certainly hope to not have her again in the future when I go. Learn some customer service skills!

Decent selection of products although this is not a true "Supply Outlet". It's just a retail store with expensive prices (far higher than other supply stores in this genre).
