I graduated from the full-time esthetics program in 2014 (I'm editing this in 2017). I graduated with a job to go to in a different city. If you're leery of Private Career Colleges, you've probably heard many stories about not being able to find a job or not being trained well enough to find a job. The training was fast-paced, but it was worth it. The stress paid off. Up until now, I have been employed in esthetics full-time. I was never without a job for longer than a couple of weeks. I am leaving the industry, for medical reasons. I don't regret my experience here.

The owners Lisa and Christine were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this school to friends and family!

I went to Elegance for their night course for manicure and pedicure. I absolutely loved the school. The learning atmosphere was amazing, I made friends with other students. Lisa and Christine, the owners are friendly and make each student feel welcomed. During the course I had opportunities to speak individually with each owner, they give the experience a very personal touch. Most estheticians that I have met have taken their training at Elegance and have good things to say about the school. I would definitely return to Elegance to further my esthetics training.

I took the night make-up artistry class and honestly it was the biggest waste of money ever. I would not recommend taking this class. First the ladies that run the school aren't even qualified to teach makeup they just took over the school when their mother quit they are just spoiled entitled rich girls that have had everything handed to them. They do not care about you at all the whole 36 weeks I was there I guarantee the teacher didn't even know my name or even half the girls name in that class. She is not a good instructor at all I have learned more from Youtube than I ever learned from that class. before I took the course there was promises that you could get discounts at the Mac store but that only applies to people who have their makeup licence which you do not receive any type of license or qualifications from taking that course. At the end of your 36 weeks they just create a certificate on word pad and print it off and mail it to you. All that means is that you basically got scammed out of a lot of money. They do not instruct properly they do not teach. All that you do is do whatever makeup look you want and if you don't know how to do makeup they don't care they don't tell you how to do anything. She will just walk around look at what you did and move on. Some of the girls did horrible make up and she didn't even try to assist them. It was all favouritism if you were good than she liked you if you weren't she just ignored you. Final thoughts DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE.
