Bedard has been so helpful with getting supplies I need to support my insulin pump.. with every bump in the road during the learning process I could count on this company to support me...great help, pleasant to talk to and most important, quick delivery... I would recommend Bedard highly.

I called to find out what my coverages were and how much it would cost for my supplies through them. Their billing department will not tell you what it costs until you have sent them a prescription and gone through all the motions. Very disappointed with these kinds of companies whose process trumps the patients needs.

Dropped the ball left and right on my account. Leaving me scrambling for supplies multipe times. They are so bad at following up. I regret ever giving them my business. They even charge you $13 for shipping if anything aadditional is needed after your shipment. I would NEVER reccomend this company. TERRIBLE. LESS THAN HELPFUL :(

Faxed in a prescription for stockings a week went by so I called. And that was when they decided to start working on it. Bad.
