First care is useless. Absolutely useless. I've gone there multiple times only to have the doctors dismiss my concerns and give me a lazy diagnosis. I eventually end up at Mercy a few days later because my symptoms haven't gone away. It's pathetic that I've had to incur double charges for the same illness because they couldn't just DO THEIR JOB and figure it out the first time. They don't care and they have no bedside manner.

My mom had rehab here after a severe stroke. They were pretty good to her with only a few concerns. She curently sees Dr Savadove, MMC Neurology & Spine, in the same building, for out patient followup. He is a great physician with an excellent bedside manner. He was very compassionate and gentle with my mom when she didn't understand something or was frustrated with her recovery. I would highly recommend him. The downside to this office is the wait time. Every time we are here, we wait a ridiculous amount of time to even be called. Our last visit, we waited a total of 45 minutes. Today, with a 4:15 appointment and nobody else in the waiting room at all, we still waited.

This is billed as "emergency room", not quick/urgent care. Came here to get a cast off my foot because it had gotten wet. Chose first care because I was under the impression it was quick care and I wouldn't be charged the 150 dollar co pay for ER visit. I was wrong apparently, costed me 210 dollars to get my cast changed because I had to get a new cast at my podiatrists office the next day costing 60 dollars + the "ER" visit. What is the point of this office if it's just as slow as MMC ER and same price?

No attempt to “match” roommates, except by sex. Video that repeats in a continuous loop leads you to believe that Jeanie Pelle; who runs this place, wants to hear from you. Don’t buy it. I tried emails, texts & phone calls but all I got was her staff & even that was inconsistent. Don’t come here disabled & alone: you may never get out. W think they’re significantly understaffed. The therapists & Dr Kazmi seem caring, but noisily easy yaccess is
