This was the worst care I have ever received by far from any hospital. The ultrasound technician the first time was very nice, the second time I went to receive a second ultrasound I had cancelled my intake that same day because after doing some research I had decided to establish care else where. The nurse had told me that I needed to get an order for my second ultra sound that already had an order in place. She wanted me to call this place I had unofficially transferred care to and get them to put an order in when I had not even established an appointment or care with them. She gave me attitude over the phone when I thought this was unreasonable and I was going to be put in the middle playing phone tag trying to get an order 30 min before my appointment. I felt as if I was doing their job. Not to mention at my last appointment I had asked specifically what I would have to do to establish/transfer care to a new facility and they had said all you will have to do is sign a release (because I know with HIPPA regulations things can get complicated). The nurse on the phone told me that I was a nurse and I should know how these things worked and that I should not have even called to cancel my intake appointment I should have just waited and told them last minute. My response to this was that I was trying to make it more convient for you so that you could fit more patients in instead of telling them in the office last minute. She then told me that she would deal with it, unhappy that she had to figure things out right before I was coming in. I tried to properly plan on my end trying to make sure everything was in order but then I got blamed for not having all my ducks in a row like I was supposed to know. This nurse was mean and should not deal with pregnant patients who are stressed out enough going through the ups and downs of pregnancy. I am a nurse and I understand how things can be in health care things get miscommunicated but nurses should accommodate for their patients and try to be as understanding as they can be as well as maintain professional boundaries and this was clearly not what happened. I was finally able to go in and get an ultrasound, driving there hoping I would still have an appointment. The ultrasound technician after was very awkward around me and gave off the impression that she wanted me in and out my appointment lasted about 10 min and I felt I did not have any time to ask questions. She rapidly snapped pictures faster than I could see what was going on, told me how many weeks I was, and then told me the heart rate and that was pretty much it. This is my first pregnancy and being a medical professional it's a little scary because your more aware of the things that can go wrong. I had some questions it seemed this woman did not have time for. The facility also smelled bad and looks unclean the two times that I have visited. I cannot say how happy I am that I will be transferring care elsewhere and I defiantly would not recommend this facility as I am not the only patient who has recieved bad care here.

While we feel they were very kind and most of the people working here are amazing, they made a MASSIVE mistake and left us feeling hopeless and lost. We had a Mat21 test done to check if our daughter has down syndrome. The test came back negative we were relived and they said we could have other tests done but they weren't worth the risk to mom or baby. Our beautiful daughter was born and they were wrong she does have ds. They were dead wrong. At the very best they were careless at the worst they were massively neglagent. Either way they failed us and for that I would recomend getting second opinions when dealing with this office.
