It’s great to finally have a Ben & Jerry’s in New Haven, right in the heart of downtown. Opened in January ’17, it is owned and operated by a couple who had dreamed of owning a Ben & Jerry’s for years. You will never meet a nicer pair of people! Friendly staff. Bright, cheery shop. They are currently tweaking their summer hours, so check before you go. Be sure to look closely at the mural on the wall. What appears to be a scene from Vermont actually depicts the New Haven Green and other New Haven landmarks.

One of the best clean and great customer service ice cream shop in New Haven and the lady her name she gave is Brianna more than wonderful customer service 😊😊😊😊😊 made me and my kids day!!!!!!!! Need more people like her .👍👍👍
