Insomnia Cookies

At 2:30 in the morning my coworker pulls me into her cookie craving and we decide to order a half dozen. First of all it was supposed to be around $8.00 or so before tax. Since my coworker was paying with her debit card I had no idea what the total was but I was sent to fetch the cookies from the delivery driver at the front of our building, with a 2 dollar tip. First of all I waited at the door for him to bring them to me but as he just sat in the car I approached the vehicle. He said he meant to get out. He seemed surprised by the tip and left. Once I looked at the receipt I understood why. My coworker knew there was a delivery charge but wasn't aware that they had added on a tip of $2.50 , ironically more than she had given. Of course the driver didn't bother to say that the tip had been added. And when we opened the box, an extra chocolate chip coke was in the box but I'm guessing that was because there was no snicker doodle cookie, which they failed to tell us. The 2 stars is only because the cookies we got tasted good but in the end the order ended up costing almost $16.00 altogether. Just lost my appetite for late night cookies.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered 3 cookie cakes online for my son's birthday with a pick up time of 11am. Came at 1130 and the place was closed. No cookie. Called customer service and they said they called someone but they were about 10 minutes away and that my cookie cakes had not started being made and that all they could do was refund my money...but there are very limited places around here that sells giant cookies and no place can make a cookie on the spot for the party...now where am I going to get a cookie cake for my son's 9th birthday party today!!!!!

After a night out in New Haven there is no better way to end the night than with some warm cookies. For less than 10 bucks you can pick 6 warm cookies to comfort you on your Uber ride home. Chances are you won’t eat them all so when you wake up the next morning you have a nice sweet surprise waiting for you. The cookies are really good but at 2 in the morning be prepared for a wait. At this hour it’s by far one of the most popular places in the city.

Ordered cookies under one of their special deals and only received half of the order! Called the store immediately after receiving the cookies; they said ok and the rest of our order would be on the way. An hour later and still no cookies. Called the store again and connected to customer service. They told me the cookies were definitely on the way this time. 45 minutes later and still no cookies. We even watched the delivery guy deliver cookies about 3 houses down!! Called again and finally got a refund. Customer service was super nice and the cookies are good. This has been a consistent problem with this store. Rarely does the order come correctly.

Amazing place. Great service. Easy pricing. 12 cookie options. Friendly staff. Can be a bit of a wait because it is a small place but they move the line as fast as the orders come in.
