Went on opening day for the season and all things considered they did a great job. Parking is hard but the view was worth the trip, and at 6:30 pm there were still tables available with no wait.  Fried calamari and Caribbean chicken sandwich were great, and service was also great.

One of the staples of Newtown food, the ice cream shoppe is wonderful. They have a bunch of flavors and specials and is usually run by the friendly teens who live here. They have plenty of outdoor seating and even a kiddie ride.

Delicious, Fresh ice cream, made in store. Employees are super friendly. Kids love to ride on the mechanical horses and eat their ice cream.

Came here on their last day of the season after Dark.  They were out of hard ice cream but I did get a tasty cup of watermelon soft serve with strawberries!  It was literally there last hour open for 2017.
