I'm amazed at how Dr. Mike's has remained in the same place since I was a child.  I remember going there when it first opened in the mid-1970's.  I think I was six or seven years old and I love it then.

Ice Cream was OK. 
It was terrible that there was only 1 person working.
The young lady did a great job and she was polite also.

Great little ice cream shop. Portions are huge. Cash only, but not expensive at all. Had the pumpkin and apple flavors, really good!

I just moved to Bethel recently and tried this place last night - the ice cream was amazing and so was the whipped cream (they make it in house). Try the heath bar ice cream, it was delicious. They only take cash, but there is a bank right across the street.
